Rental terms and conditions
Valid from 1 January 2022
Ensipeti.fi is an online service owned by Ensipeti Oy (business ID 3242040-5), which rents out Ensipeti to private individuals of legal age.
Renting
The lessor is Ensipeti Oy (business ID 3242040-5). The lessor owns the products that are rented. The lessee is the party that rents the products from the lessor.
The products are ordered either
1) on the website by adding them to the "shopping cart" or
2) by phone or e-mail
The lessee accepts the rental conditions when placing the order.
Products
The rented products are the property of the lessor and may not be rented onwards, lent, pawned or otherwise transferred. The products should be stored indoors. Damaging or destroying the products is prohibited.
The lessee is responsible for checking the condition of the product and for the use of the product. The lessor does not accept any liability for any damage or loss caused by the product during use.
Any damage to or loss of the product must be reported immediately to the lessor. The lessee is responsible for any damage to the product. By accepting the rental conditions, the lessee undertakes to take care of the product to the best of their ability. The lessee is obliged to pay the lessor compensation for the repair or replacement cost of a stolen, lost or damaged product.
Prices
The Ensipeti rental price includes VAT (25.5%). The price includes a 4 months’ rental period. If the customer returns the products early, the lessor is not obliged to compensate for the shortened rental period.
It is possible to extend the rental period before the end of the period. The extended rental period will be charged according to the price list for additional months.
Delivery methods and costs
The customer can choose delivery to and collection from a Post Office pick-up point or home delivery. Free delivery to a Post Office pick-up point is included in Ensipeti’s rental price and for purchases over €85. An additional €6.90 will be charged for a home delivery. For purchases under €85, a delivery charge of €7.90 for postal parcels or €14.80 for a home delivery will be added.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient of the payment on the statement or credit invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution licence. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance. Prices include VAT 25.5%.

Return of products / ensipeti
The contents of the return must be the same as when you received the product. The products must be in good condition and suitable for rental when returned. If products are returned damaged or defective, the price of the damage and/or lost parts or products will be charged at the replacement or repair cost.
The products must be returned in the same packaging in which they were delivered to the lessee. Ensipeti returns are free of charge for the customer when using the Postal Service's customer return shipment. More detailed return instructions are included with the delivery.
Our products have a 14-day return policy. The 14 days start from the moment the customer receives the product. The customer is responsible for the postage costs for the return of products other than Ensipeti. Postage costs will be deducted from the amount to be credited to the customer. In returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order, not, for example, by bank transfer.
Carefully pack the product in the same transport box and send it via Post with the completed return form to: Ensipeti Oy, Rajapellontie 6, 33480 Ylöjärvi, Finland. Before returning products (not applicable to the return after Ensipeti’s rental period), please contact our customer service at info@ensipeti.fi or by phone at +358 50 554 3694 for return details.
If the product is not returned immediately after the end of the rental period, the lessee will be charged an additional €0.80 for each beginning day of rental. After 14 days from the end of the rental period, the lessee will be charged a compensation as for a destroyed product at the replacement price. If the rented Ensipeti is not returned, we will charge €190.00 for the product.
We will also charge a surcharge of €10/invoice and €5/reminder for payment reminders. If the invoice is not paid by the due date of the payment notice, we will refer the matter to a collection agency, which will charge the lessee a fee for collection in accordance with its own service price list.
Unclaimed order
The customer must ensure that the order is collected from the pick-up point on time. An uncollected parcel will be automatically returned to our office and a refund will be made for the order according to the original payment method, not, for example, by bank transfer (refund requires the customer to contact us by email at info@ensipeti.fi).
We will deduct our delivery costs and the costs of the return from the price of the order returned uncollected, from the amount to be refunded to the customer, a total of €22. Expenses will be deducted at the time of refund. An uncollected and returned shipment will no longer be delivered to the customer and the customer must place a new order if they wish to receive the product.
Termination of the agreement
The lessor has the right to terminate the agreement if the lessee has given false information, failed to pay the rent, handled the product in violation of the rental terms or otherwise breached the agreement. The lessee must immediately return the product to the lessor.
Any refunds due to a cancellation will always be made to the payment method used (not by bank transfer).
Problem situations
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or does not match your order, please contact the Ensipeti customer service by email (info@ensipeti.fi). If the product is damaged during the rental period, the lessee must contact the Ensipeti customer service.
In case of theft, the lessee must report the theft to the police and also to the lessor. Any insurance claim should be directed to the lessor. The lessee is obliged to pay the lessor compensation corresponding to the new purchase price of the product in case of damage or theft.
The lessor is entitled to charge the lessee for the costs incurred for the damages, substitute products or payment collection caused by the lessee, according to the actual costs incurred. In the case of destruction or loss of the product, the lessee is obliged to pay full compensation for the value of the product.
Any disputes concerning this agreement shall be settled in the nearest court to the lessor in accordance with Finnish law.
