The store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online shop by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart by using the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities therein, unless otherwise expressly stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient of the payment on the statement or credit invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution licence. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance. Prices include VAT 25.5%.

Jousto invoice and instalment
Jousto invoice and instalment is a Finnish service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have managed their finances properly. Jousto provides you with a 30 days interest-free repayment time. A surcharge of €2.90 will be added to the purchase. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. The cost of Jousto instalment plan is €3.90/month and the credit interest rate is 19.90%. You can use Jousto to pay for purchases of a value between €30 and €3,000.
Buying with Jousto is safe. When you make your first purchase, you will be strongly authenticated electronically. As a returning customer, you can easily identify yourself with a single-use code sent to your phone. With every purchase, we make a real-time and automated credit decision. Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
The customer can choose delivery to a Post Office pick-up point or home delivery. Free delivery to a Post Office pick-up point is included in Ensipeti’s rental price and for purchases over €85. An additional €6.90 will be charged for a home delivery. For purchases under €85, a delivery charge of €7.90 for postal parcels or €14.80 for a home delivery will be added.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method, with a normal delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are indicated if your shopping cart includes products that are out of stock and we will also inform you of any delays immediately after you place your order.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. The online store will inform you on its website of any exceptional delivery times.
Return conditions / right of withdrawal
The contents of the return must be the same as when you received the product. The products must be in good condition and suitable for future rental when returned. If products are returned damaged or defective, the price of the damage and/or lost parts or products will be charged at the replacement or repair cost. The products must be returned in the same packaging in which they were delivered to the lessee. Ensipeti returns are free of charge for the customer when using the Postal Service's customer return shipment. More detailed return instructions are included with the delivery.
Our products have a 14-day return policy. The 14 days start from the moment the customer receives the product. The customer is responsible for the postage costs for the return of products other than Ensipeti. Postage costs will be deducted from the amount to be credited to the customer. In returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order, not, for example, by bank transfer. Before returning products (not applicable to the return after Ensipeti’s rental period), please contact our customer service at info@ensipeti.fi or by phone at +358 50 554 3694 for return details.
If the product is not returned immediately after the end of the rental period, the lessee will be charged an additional €3 for each beginning day of rental. After 14 days from the end of the rental period, the lessee will be charged a compensation as for a destroyed product at the replacement price of €190.00. We will also charge a surcharge of €10/invoice and a €5/reminder for payment reminders. If the invoice is not paid by the due date of the payment notice, we will refer the matter to a collection agency, which will charge the lessee a fee for collection in accordance with its own service price list.
Unclaimed parcel
The customer must ensure that the order is collected from the pick-up point on time. An uncollected parcel will be automatically returned to our office and a refund will be made for the order according to the original payment method, not, for example, by bank transfer (a refund requires the customer to contact us by email at info@ensipeti.fi). We will deduct our delivery costs and the costs of the return from the price of the order returned uncollected, from the amount to be refunded to the customer, a total of €22. Expenses will be deducted at the time of refund. An uncollected and returned shipment will no longer be delivered to the customer and the customer must place a new order if they wish to receive the product.
Problem situations
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or does not match your order, please contact the Ensipeti customer service by email (info@ensipeti.fi). If the product is damaged during the rental period, the lessee must contact the Ensipeti customer service.
In case of theft, the lessee must report the theft to the police and also to the lessor. Any insurance claim should be directed to the lessor. The lessee is obliged to pay the lessor compensation corresponding to the new purchase price of the product in the case of damage or theft.
The lessor is entitled to charge the lessee for the costs incurred for the damages, substitute products or payment collection caused by the lessee, according to the actual costs incurred. In the case of destruction or loss of the product, the lessee is obliged to pay full compensation for the value of the product.
Any disputes concerning this agreement shall be settled in the nearest court to the lessor in accordance with Finnish law.
